Neapolitan Pizza y Grill

We make our dough on site daily using just 4 ingredients; flour, water, salt and yeast, which is then proofed for 24 hours. Our Neapolitan pizzas are stretched by hand, topped with authentic ingredients and cooked for less than 90 seconds in our Italian wood-fired oven.We find the best way to enjoy them is to simply fold by slice and eat, or use a knife and fork if you prefer.We also have a range of small plates, main dishes & desserts inspired from all over the Mediterranean.
